1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1. To enroll in the Program, you must submit a complete application through our affiliate portal and agree to these Terms.

1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to, websites containing objectionable content, websites promoting violence or discrimination, or websites violating intellectual property rights.

2. Promotion Guidelines

2.1. As an affiliate, you agree to promote our products or services in a manner that complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

2.2. You may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to, false advertising, spamming, or incentivizing clicks or purchases.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Commissions are earned on eligible sales made through your unique affiliate link.

3.2. We offer up to 20% commission on qualifying sales.

3.3. Commissions are paid [after 90 days], subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold of [50KD].

4. Cookie Duration

4.1. Our affiliate program operates on a 30-day cookie duration. This means that if a customer clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you will receive credit for the sale.

5. Attribution Model

5.1. We operate on a last-click attribution model. The affiliate whose link the customer clicked last before making a purchase will receive credit for the sale.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. Payments will be made via [Bank transfer / payment link] on a request basis.

6.2. Payments are issued [after 90 days], subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, upon written notice to the other party.

7.2. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions for sales made after the date of termination.

8. Modifications

8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait.
