Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Provision: Rental-sys provides various web systems for Business Owners, including Website, E-commerce, Reservation, POS, QR-Menu, and more.

2. Responsibilities of the Business Owner:

   • Manage delivery services.
   • Resolve payment issues with customers.
   • Comply with all laws and regulations in Kuwait, including the Kuwaiti information crimes law.
   • Be solely responsible for the information posted on their web service.
   • Ensure honesty, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards.

3. Integration and Support:

   • Payment Gateway Integration is available upon request.
   • Rental-sys assures high-quality security but cannot guarantee 100% confidentiality of personal information on the internet.

4. Liability Disclaimer: Rental-sys is not responsible for:

   • Issues related to Business Owner, their customers, payments, or deliveries.
   • Any products added or sold by the Business Owner.
   • Any activity that violates regulations in Kuwait or globally.

5. Compliance and Enforcement:

   • Rental-sys will report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
   • Rental-sys reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including suspending or canceling services, for any violations of laws or regulations.

6. Abuse and Illegal Activities: Business Owners must prevent abuse and illegal activities, such as prostitution and the sale of illegal goods or services.

7. Subscription Management: Rental-sys reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel any subscription for violations of Kuwaiti laws or global regulations.

Contract

Preamble:

As the Second Party has expressed the desire to rent one or more services from Rental Company for Website Design and Management, the will of both parties has converged to enter into and execute this contract after acknowledging their legal capacity to act. Therefore, they have agreed to the following:

Article 1: Preamble

The preamble above is an integral and complementary part of this contract.

Article 2: General Terms

1. Legal Compliance: The Second Party shall adhere to the laws applicable in the State of Kuwait, including those set by the Ministry of Communications, the Telecommunications Authority, Cybercrime, and related entities. In case of violation, the Second Party shall be held responsible.

2. Service Scope: Rental Company provides its services for system provision purposes only (e.g., E-Commerce  system, Menu system, Appointment and booking system, etc.) and is not responsible for the content or operations conducted within the system after delivery to the client (second party).

3. Content Monitoring: Rental Company for Website Design and Management is not obligated to monitor the content provided by the client but reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access to any service deemed to be in violation of these terms.

4. Prohibited Activities: The Second Party agrees not to engage in the following activities, directly or indirectly:

   • Violating public decency.
   • Using the services or any program for the benefit of a third party without written consent from the Company.
   • Providing, selling, or promoting replicas, controlled substances, alcohol, illegal drugs, and drug trafficking.
   • Providing, selling, or promoting weapons, pirated materials, instructions on manufacturing illegal goods or weapons, violating copyright or intellectual property, or others’ private information.
   • Providing, selling, or promoting materials of a pornographic or indecent nature, or sexual products, programs, or services.
   • Violating intellectual property rights. Rental Company for Website Design and Management is required by law to remove or restrict access to content appearing on the services through appropriate notice of copyright infringement.

Article 3: Rental Cost

1. Service Rental: Under this contract, the Second Party rents one of the services from the First Party as per the invoice.
2. Value and Duration: The value and duration of the lease agreed upon between the parties are specified in the invoice at the time of leasing.

Article 4: Subscription Cancellation

1. Cancellation by Second Party: Should the Second Party wish to cancel the subscription to Rental Company’s website design and management services for any reason, they must notify the First Party no later than two weeks before the end of the contract.
2. Cancellation by First Party: The First Party reserves the right to cancel the provision of services to the Second Party in the event of the Second Party’s violation of any clause in this contract.

Article 5: Change or Development Orders

1. Regular Updates: Rental Company regularly updates its systems.
2. Additional Services: In the event of a request for a change, development, or addition of an additional special service, additional fees may apply, subject to agreement. If no agreement is reached, the additional service will not be added while the current agreed-upon service continues.

Article 6: Privacy Policy and Terms

The Second Party shall adhere to the privacy policy and the terms and conditions specific to the service.
