The WhatsApp Lite Add-On provides automatic WhatsApp notifications for new orders received through the client’s online store.
The service includes:
- Instant WhatsApp notification when a new order is received.
- Key order details included in the notification.
- Order invoice attached or provided with the notification, depending on the store configuration.
- Up to 200 WhatsApp notifications per month.
- Initial setup and integration with the client’s online store.
- Ongoing operation and integration support throughout the subscription period.
- Subscription term: 1 full year.
Usage & Limits:
Each successfully delivered WhatsApp message is counted as one notification from the monthly allowance.
Unused monthly notifications do not roll over to the following month.
Additional notification types may be supported in the future, including cancelled orders, refunded orders, bookings, or other store alerts, depending on the available configuration.
WhatsApp notification limits, features, and pricing may be subject to change if Meta changes the fees, policies, or pricing structure of the WhatsApp Business Platform.
